CANCELLATION POLICY Transfer of the charter to another date when the boat is available for cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the scheduled cruise departure are acceptable. Commitment of the deposit for cancellations made less than 48 hours after the scheduled cruise departure. The vessel shall be chartered and sailing shall be carried out as normal when the wind speed at the point of pick-up does not exceed the permitted limits and when the port authorities allow it. In case of adverse weather conditions, which prohibit sailing on the day of the start of the rental, the deposit will be refunded and the rental will be postponed to another day if you wish. ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΚΥΡΩΣΕΩΝ ​ Μεταφορά μίσθωσης σε άλλη ημερομηνία που είναι διαθέσιμο το σκάφος για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται έως και 10 ημέρες πριν τον προγραμματισμένο απόπλου είναι αποδεκτές. Δέσμευση της προκαταβολής για ακυρώσεις που γίνονται σε διάστημα μικρότερο των 48 ωρών από τον προγραμματισμένο απόπλου. Η μίσθωση και ο απόπλους του σκάφους πραγματοποιούνται κανονικά, όταν στο σημείο παραλαβής η ένταση των ανέμων δεν ξεπερνά τα επιτρεπόμενα όρια και, το επιτρέπουν οι λιμενικές αρχές. Σε περίπτωση δυσμενών καιρικών συνθηκών, που απαγορεύουν τον απόπλου την ημέρα έναρξης της μίσθωσης σας επιστρέφεται το ποσό την εγγύησης και αναβάλλεται η ενοικίαση για κάποια άλλη μέρα αν επιθυμείτε.
